Basic skins are one of the most common rarity in the game. They're simple recolors from the original skins with minor added detials sometimes. You only gain an Attribute from them. You can buy them in the Shop for 
269, 299 and some from the Fragments Shop for 
60 . Almost every hero has a Basic Skin. The rarity doesn't own a tag.
