Fighters are close range combatants that possess a mix of offensive and defensive capabilities. A fighter's damage will add up over time to make it a major threat. Each fighter has a unique blend of mobility, damage, disruption and durability. Fighter is an intermediate melee heroes, between durability or damage, hence make fighter serve as multi purpose combatant, such as Semi Tank, Crowd Controller, or Burst Damage Dealer.
Fighters are classified into three types: pure, primary, and secondary.
Pure fighters[]
Because they have no other role, these heroes are full fighters.
Primary fighters[]
These heroes are mainly fighters who can also be used for a different purpose.
Secondary fighters[]
Because they are used in a different way than a fighter's main purpose, these heroes are half-fighter.

Alucard and Ruby are the only fighters with large lifestealing abilities (not given by equipment or emblems).
