Movement speed (also written in title case) is an attribute that measures the rate of a unit that can move over a second. All units have a base movement speed and 0 extra movement speed, which can be increased or decreased by speedup and slowdown effects.

In theory, the amount of movement speed obtained from speed up has no limit, but the effectiveness of both the speed up and slowdown effects is reduced by an unknown rate when it falls below 230 and rises above 420.
A unit can be slowed down up to 90% of their total movement speed.
